Meet Devon Kasper
Devon Jencks Kasper has lived in Salida since 2010 and has had her Colorado real estate license since 2015. She moved to Salida from Boston, where she previously worked in the professional theatre circuit in New England for nearly 15 years. Since moving to Salida, she has directed Shakespeare in the Park, been the head coach of the SHS Drama Team and is now currently the Artistic & Executive Director of Salida Theater Project. She holds a BA in English Dramatic Literature and Theatre from Wheaton College in Norton, MA, and her MFA in acting from Brandeis University. She is grateful she can balance her work life with her passions.
Devon loves being a realtor, especially since she believes that what she mostly does is connect people. It's not about 'selling' anyone on anything, but rather helping her clients through a process. Like any process, there can be bumps in the road, but Devon has learned to take this one step at a time and knows that open communication with her clients is the key. Her experience in both land and residential transactions over the years has taught her to keep her focus on her clients and their needs. Devon’s work as an Executive Assistant, teaching, coaching and directing has given her the key communication, organization and problem-solving skills vital to being a great Realtor.
When she's not working with clients or involved in theatre projects, Devon loves to travel, ski, bike, camp, or take walks with her chocolate lab, Violet. She is very proud to call Salida her home and looks forward to serving you!
